感谢您选择使用深圳市智彩视达科技有限公司开发的软件（iBlue）。《iBlue隐私保护政策》（以下简称“本政策”）讲述了当您使用iBlue时，智彩视达收集、使用、保存、共享您的个人信息的目的、方式和范围、为您提供查询和更正的渠道，以及您拒绝提供您的个人信息的后果等事项。

1.        个人信息：是指是指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息，包括个人身份信息（姓名、出生日期）、个人生物识别信息、地址、通讯通信联系方式、网络身份识别信息（包括账号、IP地址、邮箱地址、用户个人数字证书等）、财产信息、交易信息、个人软件使用记录（软件使用记录、点击记录等）、个人常用设备信息（包括硬件型号、设备MAC地址、操作系统类型、软件列表、唯一设备识别码（如IMEI/APP ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID、SIM卡IMSI卡信息）等在内的描述个人常用终端设备基本情况的信息）、个人位置信息等。

二、收集、使用、保存、共享个人信息的目的

为遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规的规定，智彩视达授权您使用iBlue时可能会要求您提供真实的个人信息；且为核实智彩视达的记录、了解用户群体偏好、提高iBlue质量、完善其个性化内容及种类、为您提供更优质的服务和用户体验之目的，鑫瑞智彩亦会收集、使用、保存、共享您的个人信息。

三、收集个人信息的内容、来源及方式

智彩视达收集您的个人信息的内容、来源及方式主要包括：

您使用iBlue时，需要您提供蓝牙设备信息和配置信息，蓝牙设备信息用于连接控制器，配置信息用于控制器参数的设置。

四、拒绝收集、使用、保存个人信息的后果

请您知悉，如果您拒绝智彩视达收集您的个人信息，将会产生包括但不限于以下后果：

1.无法连接控制器。

2.无法进行控制器参数的配置。

3.无法通过进行控制器对灯具的控制。

五、收集个人信息的共享

智彩视达使用了第三方服务商Mob(http://www.mob.com/)提供的社交分享功能，以便用户可以通过Mob来分享自己的配置信息和图片。用户可以选择是否分享信息，我们不分享用户的任何数据。

六、收集信息的保存、处理

智彩视达收集的蓝牙设备信息和配置信息保存在本地，删除iBlue即可删除这些信息。我们不保存用户的任何数据。

七、关于免责

智彩视达就下列相关事宜的发生，不承担任何法律责任：

1.由于您个人分享了自己的个人信息，造成信息的泄露。

2.因不可抗力导致的任何后果。

3.其他非因智彩视达原因导致您的个人信息的泄露。

八、本政策的更改

Content,source and methods of collecting personal information mainly include:

When use iBlue,device information and configuration information of your Bluetooth is required.Bluetooth device information is used to connect controller, configurationinformation is used to set controller parameters.

4.      Resultscaused by refusing collecting, using and saving personal information

Please benoted that, if you refuse iColor Led to collect your personal information, including

but not limited to results below will be caused:

1.       Controllercan’t be connected

2.       Controller parameter can’t be set

3.       Luminairescan’t be controlled by controller

5.      Sharingcollected personal information.

iColor Led uses social sharing function provided bythe third-party service provider Mob(http://www.mob.com/), so that user canshare configuration information and pictures conveniently. Users can choose toshare information or not, but we iColor Led won’t share any data of user.

6.      Savingand processing collected information

    Bluetooth device information andconfiguration information Collected by iColor Led is locally saved, delete iBluecan delete these information. We iColor Led won’t save any data of user.

7.      Aboutliability exemption

iColor Led won’t undertake any legal liability for theoccurrence of following matters:

1. Information leakage resulted byyour own sharing

2. Any consequences arising from forcemajeure

3. Other personal information leakagenot resulted by iColor Led.

8.      Modificationof this policy

This policy may be modifiedoccasionally.
